Anyone can become a member of Warsaw Rifle and Pistol Club as long as they meet the following requirements:
- Belong to the NRA
- Have an Indiana handgun permit (Personal Protection or Hunting/Target permit)
- Undergo range orientation
- Conduct 3 safety shoots
- Membership approval
